Delivery of pellets not taking place

The grill may be great but getting pellets from Nexgrill is impossible. I ordered on 27 November 2024 and by 11 December 2024 nothing has been received as yet. What good is a grill without pellets? Lets talk refund!

Enjoying my First Pellet Grill

New to Pellet Grills but enjoying the learning curve...
Likes, easy to use and monitor no matter where I am via the app, fairly easy to clean and so far no issues at all.
Dislikes, cant seem to get more of the disposable foil grease buckets on your website.
Enjoying using it and learning the various cuts of meat and different pellets to use, just costing money to experiment....

In braai heaven, could not be happier!!

Originally I was interested in an offset smoker and didn't even know what a pellet smoker was.
After watching a lot of YouTube videos investigating what I need to know about offset smokers, I discovered the pellet smoker/grills. The ease of using them appealed to me. Especially the convenience of the app that remote controls the smoker.
There were only three options available in South Africa as far as I could see. The Nexgrill Oakford 790 is the best value for money and I am surprised with the quality of the product.
So far I have cooked, pork belly, leg of lamb, pork ribs, chicken and burger patties.
They all came out juicy and delicious.
Can't wait to try the beef short rib and the brisket.
I am truly happy with the purchase of my Oakford 790.
